1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Voice2Work ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Voice2Work platform, including our website, mobile applications, AI agents, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Voice2Work is an AI-powered field service management platform designed specifically for appliance repair businesses. The Service includes:
- AI agents for scheduling, customer communication, diagnostics, parts ordering, invoicing, and business automation
- Voice command capabilities for hands-free operation
- Mobile applications for technicians in the field
- Customer communication tools including SMS, email, and voicemail
- Integration with parts suppliers and payment processors
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payment
Pricing
Voice2Work offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Founding members who signed up during early access retain their locked-in pricing for the life of their subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact support@voice2work.com for refund requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. AI Agents and Automation
Voice2Work employs AI agents to automate various business functions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI recommendations are assistive tools and should be reviewed for critical decisions
- You remain responsible for all communications sent to customers on your behalf
- AI-generated diagnostic suggestions do not replace professional judgment
- Parts ordering recommendations should be verified before purchase
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving automated invoices and payments
- Voice commands may be processed and stored to improve service quality
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to input customer and business data
- Obtaining necessary consents for customer communications
- Complying with applicable data protection laws
- Maintaining appropriate backups of critical business data
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Voice2Work and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Voice2Work, our logo, and product names are trademarks of Voice2Work. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including payment processors, parts suppliers, and communication providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and any issues should be addressed with the relevant provider.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM AI RECOMMENDATIONS, SCHEDULING ERRORS, OR MISSED COMMUNICATIONS
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voice2Work and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You may export your data within 30 days of cancellation
- After 30 days, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first at legal@voice2work.com to attempt resolution
- Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voice2Work regarding the Service
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
